Brazilian Butt Lift

H-II Clinic’s Brazilian Butt Lift is a popular surgical procedure to improve the shape and size of the butt without implants. It is a very safe procedure with minimal risks to restore a patient's youthful figure or to achieve a more proportionate, balanced physique.

Who makes a good candidate for the Brazilian Butt Lift procedure?

This surgical procedure can be done to patients of any age but it is important that they’re in good general health with excess fat elsewhere on their body to make fat transfer possible. The ideal candidate is also a non-smoker, as smoking will slow down healing. If you’re a smoker, it is important to temporarily quit smoking before and after surgery to allow for a speedy healing.

Do you experience these issues?

✅ Feeling unsatisfied with your butt that has gotten saggy due to aging.
✅ Unhappy with how clothing fits your butt giving your rear an unappealing appearance with the rest of your body.
✅ Having excess fat in other parts of the body except the butt.

Solution

This is the recommended procedure at H-II Clinic if you are looking for a perfect hourglass body, provided that you have enough fat for fat transfer.

This surgery is commonly performed under general anesthesia or local anesthesia with IV sedation. You will be asleep during the surgery and numb to any pain or discomfort. These are the steps during the surgical procedure:

  • Tiny incisions will be made on the body parts with excess fat; this may be in the abdomen, hips, thighs, upper arms, or back.
  • Through the incisions, liposuction will be performed. The fat will be dissolved using a slender tube. The dissolved fat deposits will gently be aspirated using a vacuum for collection.
  • The purified fat is injected into the butt cheeks and hips at varying depths to give an hourglass shape. Numerous small injections are given in different spots for an incredibly natural and subtle look.
  • Incisions will be closed with sutures.

Recovery

Your incisions will be covered with surgical dressing.

Once the surgical procedure is over, the recovery process begins. You will be required to take two to three weeks off before you can return to work and you’ll need to take good care of your butt for two to three months. Avoid activities that put strains and pressure on your incisions.

Walking around is recommended to promote circulation. However, the most difficult thing for you will probably be during the first two to three weeks of your butt lift recovery because you must avoid sitting down. Bear in mind that prolonged periods of sitting down may damage the fat.

Wearing a compression garment during this time is also crucial to help reduce swelling and so the butt retains its new shape while the fat is healing. It may also be necessary on the parts of your body where liposuction was involved to help them conform to their new shape.
