Breast Implants

Commonly referred to as breast implant or boob job, breast augmentation surgery is a popular plastic surgery procedure amongst women who want to achieve a desirable breast size and shape. By using silicone breast implants, this procedure can increase breast size and add fullness to breasts that may lack attractive definition or shape.

Over the years, breast implant technology has undergone major improvements to provide a more natural look and feel with fewer risks.

Do you experience these issues?

✅ A strong desire to have beautiful cleavage and fullness in the breasts.
✅ Sagging and unattractive breasts due to pregnancy, aging or weight loss.
✅ Lack of self confidence due to uneven, unproportionate or breast deformation caused by breast tumour removal procedure.

Solution

At H-II Clinic, we offer several types of breast implants according to client's preferences and suitability.

1. Mentor

Containing the latest generation of silicone, Mentor’s breast implants are prefilled with Mentor’s uniquely formulated silicone gel. This gel is a cohesive gel that holds safely and uniformly together to deliver a natural breast tissue feel.

2. Nagor

All Nagor’s silicone breast implants are manufactured with high-performance silicone elastomer layers to improve and enhance the integrity of the outer shell, as well as a completely unique 360° barrier layer to minimise the possibility of gel diffusion and to maintain the shape of the implant.

3. Motiva Ergonomix

The current generation of silicone breast implants from established labs in the U.S, Motiva uses modern and sophisticated nanotechnology in its manufacturing process to produce high quality implants that look and feel more natural, yet are more durable and safe.

4. Round

Round implants are the most common breast implant shape used for cosmetic breast augmentation. They look like a compressed circular sphere that is completely symmetrical.

Performed under general anesthesia, a breast augmentation surgery typically takes about an hour or less. Depending on the technique, the surgeon will make small incisions to insert and position the implant in the breast. Different types of incisions include; armpit incision, underneath the breast line incision, and areolar T-cut incision. Then they create layers of interior stitches to support your breast tissue before closing the incision with sutures, glue, or tape.

Recovery

Bruises and swelling are common following a surgical procedure. Our surgeon will prescribe some medications to help ease the discomfort. Your downtime will depend on the complexity of your surgery and what kinds of activities you normally do.

Our surgeon will have specific recommendations.
